Our Mission
To enhance the quality of life on our island through landscaping of common areas, supporting initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, maintaining clean and neat neighborhoods, serving as liaison with Monroe County, and investing in improvements that benefit the greater good.
As of January 1, 2018, the Duck Key Property Owners Association became the Duck Key Community Benefit, Inc., dba Duck Key Property Owners Association (DKPOA), which was set up as a charitable non-profit 501c3 organization (IRS EIN 47-3292711) for the improvement of Duck Key residents and visitors. Your contributions are now federally tax deductible. Contribution receipts will be made available upon request. The DKPOA exists to maintain the beauty and public usability of the Duck Key Island and its waterways for the quiet enjoyment of its residents and visitors.
Our Vision
Neighbors working together in voluntary association to improve our community and enhance our property values. A community that is considered a desirable and peaceful place in which to live and raise a family or enjoy retirement.
